Almost equally as important as education is an individual’s level of employability, which is the capacity of a person to be suitably employed and contribute to the growth of an organization using his / her skill set. This need for employable and educated individuals is taken care of by the Trust. We conduct regular skill development seminars and free study programs at each community so as to empower the individuals therein to be productively employed and thereby contribute to the community they live in.
